The 3rd firmament vault of heaven is directly mentioned and numbered in the modern western canon of 66 books, within Paul’s 2nd letter to the Corinthians. Notice that Paul doesn’t say he himself was caught up to the third heaven, but that he knew a man:
2 Corinthians 12:2-4
I know a man in Christ who fourteen years ago-whether in the body I do not know, or out of the body I do not know, God knows-such a man was caught up to the third heaven. And I know how such a man-whether in the body or apart from the body I do not know, God knows- was caught up into Paradise and heard inexpressible words, which a man is not permitted to speak.
“Paradise”, is a term only ever used in reference to the Garden of Eden, and its exapanded renewed form: the New Jerusalem Kingdom.

It can be inferred from Revelation 12:1, if the woman clothed with the Sun is this New Jerusalem, then the Sun is likely in the 3rd heaven where Paradise is currently located. This is directly stated in other apocalyptic literature ascribed to Baruch.
“The Moon under her feet” could place the Moon in either the 3rd or 2nd heaven, though no available scripture specifies this
