Heaven has ends and foundations. The meaning of this is best understood in the context of Biblical Cosmology where the vaulted dome structure of the firmament meets the land at the ends of the earth.
Jeremiah 49:36
I will bring upon Elam the four winds from the four 
ends of heaven,
and will scatter them to all these winds; And there will be no nation to which the outcasts of Elam will not go.
Mark 13:27
And then He will send forth the angels, and will gather together His elect from the four winds, from the farthest end of the earth to the farthest end of heaven.
Enoch 39:3
And in those days a whirlwind carried me off from the earth, and set me down at the end of the heavens.
Enoch 54:9
And they shall destroy all who dwell on the earth and those who dwell under the ends of the heaven.
Enoch 57:2
..and the pillars of the earth were moved from their place, and the sound thereof was heard from the one end of heaven to the other, in one day
Enoch 60:11
And the other angel who went with me and showed me what was hidden told me what is first and last in the heaven in the height, and beneath the earth in the depth, and at the ends of the heaven, and on the foundation of the heaven.
2 Samuel 22:8
Then the earth shook and quaked, the foundations of heaven were trembling And were shaken, because He was angry.
