🍁3rd Annual Day of Remembrance 🗓First Day of the Seventh Month
Jubilees 6:23-26 [23]And on the new moon of the first month, and on the new moon of the fourth month, and on the new moon of the seventh month, and on the new moon of the tenth month are the days of remembrance, and the days of the seasons in the four divisions of the year. These are written and ordained as a testimony for ever. [24]And Noah ordained them for himself as feasts for the generations for ever, so that they have become thereby a memorial unto him. [25]And on the new moon of the first month he was bidden to make for himself an ark, and on that day the earth became dry and he opened the ark and saw the earth. [26]And on the new moon of the fourth month the mouths of the depths of the abyss beneath were closed. And on the new moon of the seventh month all the mouths of the abysses of the earth were opened, and the waters began to descend into them.
This day appears to be treated as a Sabbath in scripture. On the Days of Remembrance it is good to rest from occupational labor and causing others to work in this way. Make time for the Father by reading His word, fellowship with believers if possible, blow the shofars, prepare a meal unto YHWH for a feast. This Day of Remembrance happens to be on the same day as the Feast of Trumpets!
Psalms 36:7-8 How precious is Your lovingkindness, O God! And the children of men take refuge in the shadow of Your wings. They drink their fill of the abundance of Your house; And You give them to drink of the river of Your delights.
Zechariah 14:8 And in that day living waters will flow out of Jerusalem, half of them toward the eastern sea and the other half toward the western sea; it will be in summer as well as in winter.
Revelation 22:1-2 Then he showed me a river of the water of life, clear as crystal, coming from the throne of God and of the Lamb, in the middle of its street.
